Pricing

Priced up front.Decided in your own time.

No “contact us for pricing”, no discovery-call theatre. This is what everything costs. Start with the smallest one — if you do not need the rest, I will say so.

Find the Waste

A week spent working out how your business actually runs, and a ranked list of where time and money are leaking — with what each one is worth fixing.

  • Every job your team repeats by hand, written down with the hours it eats
  • Information being typed into two systems that should be talking to each other
  • Work that gets done twice, or done and then redone

Make Your Tools Talk

Your systems hand information to each other automatically. Nobody re-types anything, and nothing falls through the gap between two apps.

  • Information moves between your tools as it happens, not overnight
  • Nothing gets entered twice
  • If a system is down, the message waits and arrives later instead of disappearing

Put a Process on Autopilot

Pick the job your team repeats every week. When I am done it runs itself, the same way every time — and tells someone when it cannot.

  • The whole job, start to finish, happening without anyone remembering to start it
  • The decisions inside it written as fixed rules, so the answer is the same every time
  • AI used only for the parts no rule can handle — like reading documents that arrive in forty different layouts

Ship It and Keep It Running

Your app or code goes live reliably, on machines you own, and picks itself back up when something trips.

  • Releases go out the same way every time, with a way back if one goes wrong
  • Everything runs on servers in your own account — nothing is held hostage
  • Passwords and keys stored locked, not sitting in a file anyone can read

On Call for Your Systems

I own this side of the business so you do not have to hire for it — keeping things running, improving them, and answering when something breaks. Two clients at a time.

  • I own the systems and the decisions about them
  • Ongoing work against a plan we agree every quarter
  • The person who built it is the person who fixes it

How pricing works

Fixed price, agreed first

You know the cost and the timeline before any work begins. If it turns out to be harder than I thought, that is my problem, not a change order.

The audit is guaranteed

If the first week does not find savings worth at least 20% of what you spend running that part of your business, the invoice is cancelled — and you keep everything I found. If we disagree about whether something counts, it does not count.

The audit is credited back

Book any further engagement within 60 days and the full audit fee comes off that price.

No retainers by default

Projects end. The ongoing seat exists for people who want the builder to stay the operator — two clients at a time, never more, with capped hours in writing.

Not sure which one fits? Describe what is annoying you — I'll point at the right one, or tell you that you don't need me.
